~불러도 돼요?

Used to ask permission. 부르다 covers both singing a song and calling someone by a name, so the meaning comes from what goes in front.

Rule: For a song, put it straight in front — 이 노래 불러도 돼요? (May I sing this song?). For a name or title, add 라고 after a vowel and 이라고 after a consonant — 언니라고 불러도 돼요? (Can I call you 언니, older sister?).
