What does -을 텐데 (eul tende) mean in Korean?

How to Use

Used to guess about someone's situation while showing concern or regret.

Rule: After a stem ending in a consonant, use -을 텐데 (먹을 텐데). After a vowel or ㄹ, drop the 을 (갈 텐데). For a past guess, use -았/었을 텐데 (힘들었을 텐데).
