What does -을까요? (eulkkayo) mean in Korean?

How to Use

Used to suggest doing something together or to offer to do something.

Rule: After a stem ending in a consonant, use -을까요 (먹을까요?). After a vowel or ㄹ, drop the 을 (갈까요?, 만들까요?).
