A New Start

새로운 한 주의 시작

It's Sunday night, and a new week is almost here. I want to start something new this time. Maybe one small habit that I can actually keep.
I'm thinking about keeping a short journal every night. Just a few lines about my day. It doesn't have to be perfect.
I should write down one good thing too. My friend says it helps her stay positive. I think she's right.
That's because I forget the small moments too quickly. A busy week erases them, so I want to hold on to a few.
So tonight I wrote my first page. It turns out it only took five minutes. A new start can be that small.
