Catching Up

오랜만의 편한 수다

We hadn't met in months, so the words came pouring out. "Sounds like you've had a busy month," I said as she caught me up. She laughed and said that was an understatement.
She'd just wrapped up a huge project at work. "It makes sense to take a break after all that," I told her. Everyone needs to recharge.
It was getting late and her stomach growled. "I'm all set with dinner if you're hungry," I offered. I'd cooked too much anyway.
She couldn't decide between two dishes. "Pick whatever you want it's up to you," I said. I'm easy when it comes to food.
After eating, neither of us wanted the night to end. "I'm down for a movie if you are," I said. Some evenings you just want to stretch out.
