A Stop at the Pharmacy

약국

I rubbed my temples at the counter. "Do you have anything for a headache?" I asked. The pharmacist reached for a small box.
The shelves were packed and a little confusing. "I'm looking for some cold medicine," I said. She walked me to the right aisle.
My nose was stuffy and my head felt heavy. "I think I'm coming down with a cold," I told her. She suggested rest and plenty of fluids.
I held the box and the coffee in my hands. "Is it safe to take this with coffee?" I asked. She said to wait an hour to be sure.
She handed me the bag with a kind look. "You might want to see a doctor if it lasts," she said. I thanked her and tucked it away.
