The lobby was cool and quiet after the long flight. "I have a reservation under Kim," I said. He found it and reached for a key card.
He explained the room rate at the desk. "Is breakfast included in the price?" I asked. He said yes, until ten each morning.
Our flight had landed hours early. "Is it possible to check in early?" I asked. He checked and said the room was ready.
I tried the panel a few times with no luck. "The air conditioning isn't working," I called down. They sent someone up in minutes.
