At the Gym

운동

We stretched side by side before the class. "I work out three times a week now," I said. She was impressed and asked for tips.
I winced a little reaching for my bag. "I'm sore from yesterday's leg day," I admitted. She nodded and said to stretch it out.
The coach waved us toward the open floor. "Let's warm up before we start running," he said. We jogged a slow lap to loosen up.
The new gym had been on my mind for weeks. "I've been meaning to join a gym," I told her. She offered to go with me on Monday.
Getting up at six was never easy. "It's worth waking up early to run," I said. The quiet streets made the whole thing better.
