A Hand from a Stranger

길에서 도움

I turned the map every which way with no luck. "Excuse me, I think I'm lost," I admitted. A kind stranger walked me to the corner.
I stopped someone walking a small dog. "Could you point me toward the station?" I asked. He gestured down the street with a smile.
She was standing still, looking a little shaken. "Hey, is everything okay?" I asked gently. She nodded slowly and thanked me for stopping.
A man near the crossing suddenly collapsed. "Someone call an ambulance!" I shouted. Two people rushed over to help at once.
Help was on the way, but the wait felt long. "Hang in there, they're almost here," I said. He gripped my hand and tried to breathe slowly.
