A customer approached looking a little lost. "Hi there, how can I help you today?" I said. She explained, and I pointed the way.
The charge on her bill looked odd to me too. "I'll look into it right away," I assured her. A few clicks later, I had the answer.
The line had been long and slow all morning. "I apologize for the wait," I told her warmly. She softened and thanked me for caring.
I finished sorting out her request. "Is there anything else I can do for you?" I asked. She smiled and said that was everything.
She had waited calmly through the whole fix. "Thanks for your patience," I said sincerely. She left happy, and so did I.
